gPanel Access

1:17 PM EST Update: Thank you for your patience. The issue with Google's APIs has been resolved. gPanel access is restored, and you can now login normally. You may need to refresh your browser before logging into the app.

There is currently an issue with the Google Directory APIs that are causing an error when accessing gPanel. The error message states that the admin is "invalid". See the image below for the returned error message. 


Your admin account is still valid, the API is simply timing out on Google's App Engine. 


There is no action needed on your part. Our dev team is already in communication with the Google team to get this back up and running asap. We thank you for your patience while this is resolved.

Our Dev team has been in communication with Google's engineers regarding this issue and while we do not have an ETA on the resolution, the source of the error has been found. 


Once we do have an ETA on the resolution we will update the status on this announcement. 

Is there an estimated time for resolution for this issue?
